Columbia at Home Series | Get in Shape at Home with FlexIt Fitness
Join Austin Cohen ’11CC, ’16BUS, founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlexIt Fitness, and Justin Turetsky ’11GS, founding team member and Chief Operating Officer, to learn how to stay fit from home during these unprecedented times.

Cohen and Turetsky will share their career journeys as entrepreneurs and will provide an overview of the general state of the fitness industry in light of Covid-19. This will include an overview of the virtual fitness space.

Audience members will then have the chance to live up to their New Year’s resolutions and work off those holiday pounds with two short at-home workouts led by two experienced FlexIt Virtual Personal Training trainers, who hail from Columbia alumni founded brands Exubrancy and Physique 57. These routines will be designed to be of value to all audience members, regardless of their level of experience or access to equipment.

The program will conclude with a brief audience Q&A about FlexIt Fitness and exercising at home. All attendees will receive a special FlexIt offer for Virtual Personal Training.
