September 2022 Log-in2Learn: Adaptation to Stress: Five Practices to Cultivate Resilience and Work-Life Wellbeing
Join the Region 2 Public Health Training Center for their September 2022 Log-in2Learn live webinar. The experience of stress is part of being human. Like a tree whose branches bend and sway in a storm rather than crack under pressure, we have the power to remain flexible and strong amid life's challenges... to be resilient! Participants will learn five practices you can use to adapt to change and stressful situations more effectively, thereby enhancing your resilience and work-life wellbeing from Dr. Mary Steinhardt, Professor and Associate Vice President for Research and Research Integrity Officer at The University of Texas at Austin.

After the webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Examine your work-life wellbeing and causes of work-life conflict
2. Explain a model of resilience (stressors, protective factors, adaptive & maladaptive coping strategies, resilience, thriving)
3. List five practices to cultivate resilience
